It may be used for either walls or floors for both interior and exterior applications where a liquid latex-modified mortar is recommended. MultiSet 917 is a blend of Portland cement, sand and special dry latex additives that significantly improve bond strength and freeze-thaw stability performance characteristics typically available only through the addition of liquid latex additives to dry-set mortar.
