All CEMCO U-Shaped channels are produced from hot-dipped galvanized steel in standard G60 coating weight. G90 is available upon special request.

CEMCO Furring Hat Channel is rolled formed from 25 or 20 gauge hot dipped galvanized steel.

CEMCO RC-1 Resilient Channel is fabricated from hot dipped galvanized steel complying with ASTM C-653 with a G40 coating meeting ASTM A-924 and meets Federal Specification QQ-S-775-D and ASTM-C-645.

CEMCO RC-2 Resilient Channel is fabricated from hot dipped galvanized steel with a G40 coating carbon steel meeting ASTM A-924 and Federal Specification QQ-S-775-D and ASTM-C-645.
