Westside Building Material Successfully Completes Acquisitions

 

ANAHEIM, California – October 3, 2011 - Westside Building Material Corporation is pleased to announce the successful acquisitions of Weston Builders Supply and Weston Hathaway.

 

With the acquisitions completed, Weston Builders Supply will operate as Westside Building Lancaster, LLC and Weston Hathaway as Westside Building Fresno, LLC. Collectively, the two new acquisitions will enter the family of companies doing business as Westside Building Material.

Westside Building Material was started in 1935 by Beulah and Evan Peckham to serve the lath and plaster trades. Today, this family run business is actively managed by the 3rd and 4th generation of Peckhams, Richard and William respectively. With a vision to be the premier source of supply for interior/exterior wall and ceiling systems and related construction products throughout California and Nevada.
